Coeur Vitality offers two pathways. The first is a concierge membership through Signature MD, available with Dr. Burns, Dr. Bell, or Dr. Harnisch-Boyd. The second is traditional fee-for-service care through Nurse Practitioner Kelli Grambeau, billed through insurance with no membership fee required.

Concierge membership appointments run 30 to 60 minutes for standard visits. Annual wellness physicals run 90 minutes. Longer appointment times allow physicians to address multiple concerns thoroughly in a single visit.

Yes. Concierge members receive same-day or next-business-day appointments for urgent needs. The practice reserves this access specifically for situations that cannot wait.

Yes. Concierge members have direct cell phone access to their physician for urgent concerns outside of regular office hours. This is a benefit specific to the Signature MD membership program.

Yes. The practice offers telemedicine for conditions manageable without an in-person visit. Established patients who are traveling or homebound can also use telemedicine to connect with their provider.

Yes. Dr. Harnisch-Boyd provides postpartum and newborn home care for patients in the Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls region. Dr. Burns makes palliative end-of-life home visits for patients who need that support.

The Galleri test is a multi-cancer early detection blood test that screens for signals from over 50 cancer types. Coeur Vitality is the first provider in the Coeur d'Alene area to offer this test. Ask the practice about scheduling and eligibility.

The traditional fee-for-service pathway through NP Kelli Grambeau bills through insurance with no additional membership fees. The concierge membership providers work through the Signature MD annual fee structure. Patients may still use insurance for services billed separately from the membership fee.
