Adult memberships run $2,200 per year paid in full or $200 per month. Children ages 0 to 11 pay $600 per year or $60 per month. Children and young adults ages 12 to 24 pay $500 per year or $50 per month. Coastal Health Concierge also offers customized family plans. A 5% credit card processing fee applies to yearly payments.

Members receive genetic testing, a comprehensive intake lab panel, unlimited physician visits, unlimited follow-up labs, and direct access to Dr. Johnson. Membership also includes access to registered dieticians, exercise and breathwork coaches, and in-person service coordination. Members also receive discounts on additional services like IV therapy, peptide therapy, and hormone replacement.

Coastal Health Concierge operates as a house call practice. Dr. Johnson comes to patients throughout the Golden Isles area. Telemedicine visits are also available for situations where an in-person visit is not needed.
