Clarity DPC offers several membership tiers. Children pay $80 per month, or $55 per month when joining with an adult member. Adults 18-64 pay $160 per month, and adults 65 and older pay $185 per month. Couples memberships run $285 per month, and families cap at $420 per month. An Aesthetics Silver Membership is also available at $99 per month.

Clarity DPC does not accept insurance for primary care memberships. The practice operates on a direct-pay model. For lab work, the practice offers self-pay lab testing that gives patients access to blood testing without insurance deductibles.

A primary care membership at Clarity Health & Aesthetics covers direct access to Dr. McDonald for family medicine, preventive care, and functional medicine. Members can also access lab services, A1c testing, genetic testing, and therapeutic phlebotomy. The membership-based structure removes insurance from the equation for primary care visits.

Clarity Health & Aesthetics offers an extensive wellness menu. Services include 22 IV drip formulas such as Myers Cocktail, Vitamin C, Glutathione, and B Complex, as well as B12 shots, immunity shots, and Lipo B injections. The practice also provides bioidentical hormone therapy, NAD+ therapy, peptide therapy, and medical weight loss programs including weight loss injections.

The aesthetics menu includes Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Moxi laser, BBL broadband light therapy, microneedling, VI Peel, facials, and dermaplaning. The practice uses Visia skin analysis technology for detailed skin assessment before treatment. PRP treatments are also available, prepared with an on-site centrifuge.
