Keys Health Direct Primary Care

Keys Health DPC charges a flat monthly fee per patient with no copays and no insurance billing. Children 18 and under pay $30 per month with a parent membership. Members who pay annually receive a discount. NaProTechnology, PRP injections, and prolotherapy are priced separately from membership. Labs and medications are not included but are available at significantly reduced cash-pay rates.

Membership includes unlimited office visits, annual physical exams, direct access to Dr. DeMarco by phone, text, or email, same-day or next-day urgent visits, EKGs, urinalysis, flu and strep testing, minor procedures, and small lesion removals. Members also access deeply discounted labs, imaging, medications, and specialist consult services.

Keys Health DPC does not bill insurance for membership or services. The practice charges patients directly through transparent flat-rate pricing. Members can still use their insurance for services outside the practice, such as specialist visits, hospital care, or imaging. Membership fees are HSA and FSA compatible.

Yes. Dr. DeMarco provides comprehensive pediatric care including well-child visits, school physicals, sick visits, and urgent care. The practice does not offer in-office vaccinations. For vaccinations, Dr. DeMarco refers patients to the local health department or a pharmacy.

Members contact Dr. DeMarco directly by phone, text, or email. Keys Health DPC also offers telemedicine visits for appropriate situations. This direct access is included in the monthly membership fee.

Yes. Keys Health is the only physician-level NaProTechnology provider on the Missouri side of the Kansas City metro. NaPro care is separate from the DPC membership and carries its own pricing. Non-members may also access NaProTechnology services at a non-member rate.

Yes. Dr. DeMarco offers Platelet-Rich Plasma injections and prolotherapy injections for joint pain and musculoskeletal concerns. These services are priced separately from the membership. A consultation fee applies, and $50 of that fee applies toward the injection cost if the procedure is done within 30 days.

Keys Health DPC offers one-time acute care visits for friends or family members of current members who are visiting from out of town. These visits are available at cash-pay prices. Ongoing care requires a membership.

Yes. Keys Health DPC welcomes patients of all backgrounds. While the practice is guided by Catholic Christian ethical principles, Dr. DeMarco serves any patient who seeks relationship-based, value-aligned primary care.
