Choice Care

Choice Care charges a $300 monthly membership fee plus a one-time $299 enrollment fee to join. The monthly fee covers all-inclusive primary care with no per-visit charges, except for minor fees on supplies used during procedures. Additional services such as expanded osteopathic treatments, home visits, stem cell injections, and IV treatments carry separate fees.

Membership covers unlimited primary care visits with no co-pays, 60-minute appointments, direct access to Dr. Buda by phone and email, annual physicals, well-woman exams, preventive care, health coaching, chronic disease management, skin cancer screening, in-office diagnostics, and coordination with specialists. The practice also provides on-site pharmacy access with wholesale-priced medications and comprehensive medication management through an on-site PharmD.

Yes. Every member receives Dr. Buda's private cell phone number and a member-only email address. Choice Care builds its model around four principles: direct access, timely answers, attentive appointments, and consistent availability. Members can contact Dr. Buda directly for health questions, prescription needs, and care coordination.

Choice Care offers both. Dr. Buda conducts home visits within a 10-mile radius for a $99 fee. The practice also offers telemedicine visits for members who prefer remote consultations. Both options give members flexibility in how they receive care.

Choice Care does not accept insurance for membership fees. Members should maintain their existing insurance for specialist visits, hospitalizations, and other services outside the scope of primary care.

Choice Care serves patients of all ages, from infants to elderly adults. Dr. Buda handles family medicine across the full age spectrum, including well-woman exams, pediatric care, sports medicine for active patients, and chronic disease management for older adults.

Yes. Choice Care offers a strong sports and regenerative medicine program. Dr. Buda performs PRP treatments, bone marrow aspirate treatments, stem cell injections, joint injections, osteopathic manipulation, gait and movement analysis, and bracing and casting. The practice also partners with athletic performance coach Charlie Max Torres, who has over 19 years of experience working with athletes from high school through the NBA.

Membership starts with a free, private interview with Dr. Buda. He reviews your health history and goals, and you have the opportunity to ask questions about the practice. If you decide to join, you complete a membership form and medical history questionnaire. Choice Care then provides your membership kit, which includes Dr. Buda's personal cell phone number and member email contact.

Yes. Choice Care offers second opinion consults for patients who need an independent medical perspective. This service is available to non-members as well. Dr. Buda reviews your case, answers your questions, and can serve as a medical advocate to help navigate and expedite your care.

Yes. Choice Care offers a student membership program for students attending boarding schools or universities. The program gives students and their families access to primary care consultations by phone or email, second opinions, prescription management, coordination of emergency care, and in-office visits when students return home. Parents can contact the practice directly to discuss discounted student membership pricing.
