The membership also includes a Concierge Assistant for wellness and lifestyle coordination, a 24/7 Executive Clinical Coordinator for medical support, a custom annual supply of vitamins and supplements, nutritional planning by credentialed Dietetic Technicians, and access to educational webinars hosted by medical specialists.

Yes, CareMEDICA Elite provides telemedicine visits for members. Members also benefit from unlimited phone consultations with their dedicated provider, giving them flexible access to clinical support without requiring an in-office visit.

CareMEDICA Elite operates as a membership-based concierge practice. The practice does not apply insurance toward membership fees. Members may still use insurance for specialist referrals or outside services as appropriate to their individual coverage.

CareMEDICA Elite offers an extensive suite of advanced diagnostics. These include custom longevity panels, telomere genetic testing, TM Flow nervous system and vascular assessments, total-body MRI scanning, genetic cancer risk screenings, cognitive testing, bone density composition analysis using iDexa technology, and hormone assessments for both men and women.

CareMEDICA Elite serves patients aged 16 and older. The practice currently focuses on adults and young adults but hopes to expand services to younger children in the future.

Yes, CareMEDICA Elite operates a Connecticut office at 451 State Street, Suite B in North Haven, CT, and a Florida office at 3401 PGA Blvd, Suite 310 in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Members receive access to both locations, and the practice also maintains international partnerships with providers and hospitals in Italy, Dubai, South America, Hong Kong, and the Philippines.

CareMEDICA Elite requires a 6-month commitment for first-time members. After that initial period, members may choose annual or monthly payment plans. The membership team can walk prospective members through the specific terms during a private consultation.
