Infinity Care operates on a membership model. Patients pay a subscription fee that covers the full scope of primary care services Dr. Kofler provides. Infinity Care performs in-office blood draws and gives members access to cash-pay laboratory testing at negotiated rates. Dr. Kofler also orders advanced cardiovascular and metabolic panels, including ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, fasting insulin, and hormone testing, as part of her preventive care approach.
