Memberships at Care First Clinics start at $75 per month for patients ages 18-29. Pricing scales by age group: $100 per month for ages 30-49, $125 per month for ages 50-64, and $150 per month for patients 65 and older. That works out to roughly $2-$5 per day, with no copays and no hidden fees on top of the monthly rate.

The membership covers unlimited in-person and virtual visits, same-day and next-day appointment access, annual wellness exams, chronic disease management, acute sick visits, mental health support, nutrition counseling, medication refills, and more. Members also access at-cost laboratory testing, discounted imaging, and direct communication with Dr. Mali by phone, text, or email.

Care First Clinics does not bill or use health insurance. The practice operates on a flat monthly membership fee that covers primary care services directly. Patients may choose to keep a separate insurance policy for hospitalizations or specialist care, but the membership itself runs independent of any insurance billing.

Yes. Care First Clinics offers non-member, one-time visits for patients who want to try the practice before committing. Contact the office directly for current non-member pricing. Weekend appointments are also open to non-members by appointment.

Care First Clinics requires 30 days notice to cancel a membership. If you sign up for a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual term and cancel early, the practice refunds your remaining balance.
