About

At Capitol Hill Medical, Dr. Vy Chu delivers direct primary care from his Seattle clinic at Cabrini Medical Tower. He transitioned the practice to a DPC model on July 1, 2025. The practice runs without insurance billing, charging a flat monthly membership instead.

The membership covers office visits, virtual care, preventive visits, and chronic disease management with no copays. Dr. Chu also provides gender-affirming hormone therapy, PrEP monitoring, HIV care, and STI screening. Several in-office procedures fall under the membership as well, including cryotherapy, skin tag removals, EKGs, and pap smears. Lab and pathology costs apply separately. The practice explicitly welcomes LGBTQ+ patients and keeps pricing transparent from the start.
