Anovia Health

Anovia Health offers two individual membership tiers, both with a $50 enrollment fee. The Silver Membership runs $31 per month for adults 18 and older. The Gold Membership runs $62 per month and includes unlimited visits, labs, blood draws, procedures, priority scheduling, provider texts and emails, and after-hours physician access. A Child and Teen Membership for ages 6 to 17 costs $30 per month and requires one parent to hold a Gold Membership.

The Gold Membership includes unlimited yearly visits, labs, blood draws, and common in-office procedures. Gold members also receive priority scheduling, direct text and email access to their provider, and after-hours access to a physician by phone, video, email, or text. All scheduled visits run a minimum of 30 minutes.

Anovia Health does not accept private insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid for membership fees. Patients may submit their Anovia Health bill to their insurance provider to request reimbursement. The practice recommends that all patients carry health insurance to cover services such as surgery, hospitalization, and imaging.

Yes. Anovia Health offers fee-for-service pricing for patients who prefer to pay per visit rather than through a membership. Membership plans do offer the best rates and broadest access to the care team.

Anovia Health provides same-day or next-day access for acute concerns. For routine scheduling, members with Gold Memberships receive priority scheduling both during and outside normal clinic hours. You can call your nearest clinic directly for the fastest same-day booking.

Anovia Health sees patients from age two and up, with no upper age limit. Child and Teen Memberships cover ages six through seventeen. Adult memberships apply to patients 18 and older.

Anovia Health coaches employees on specialist utilization and connects them with cost-effective providers outside costly PPO networks.

Yes. Anovia Health recommends that all patients maintain health insurance for unpredictable or catastrophic needs. Services such as surgery, hospitalization, and imaging fall outside what the practice provides. Membership covers primary care, not comprehensive insurance coverage.
