About

At Anovia Health, seven family medicine physicians deliver direct primary care across thirteen clinic locations throughout Wisconsin. The practice launched in 2021 with a clear aim: make quality primary care accessible and affordable for everyone in the state. Hint Health named Anovia Health its 2024 DPC of the Year, recognizing the organization's impact on patients and employers alike.

Each patient receives a dedicated care coordinator who serves as a personal liaison to the clinical team. Appointments run a minimum of 30 minutes, and the practice offers same-day or next-day access for acute concerns. Members connect with their care team in person, by video, phone, text, or email. Gold Membership patients also reach a physician directly after clinic hours. The team handles over 70% of a patient's lifetime primary care needs, from wellness exams and chronic disease management to minor procedures and preventive care. Anovia Health also serves employers through Corporate and Small Business solutions, coaching patients on smart specialist utilization and connecting them with cost-effective providers across Wisconsin.
