Bloom Primary Care charges $550 per month or $5,500 per year for a standard membership. Couples can join together at a rate of $9,900 per year. The annual fee covers everything insurance does not, including longer appointments, same-day and next-day scheduling, care coordination, and direct cell phone access to Dr. Selvakumar. Each office visit is billed separately to your insurance. The membership fee qualifies as FSA and HSA eligible.

Bloom Primary Care accepts Medicare and most major PPO plans. The practice bills insurance for each office visit and collects applicable copays and deductibles to stay in network. If you require inpatient care at Mills Peninsula Medical Center, the hospital's hospitalist team manages your care directly. Dr. Selvakumar communicates and coordinates with that team throughout your stay. Because Bloom Primary Care uses the Epic electronic health record, providers at Sutter hospitals, PAMF, Stanford, and UCSF can access your records if you receive care at any of those facilities.
