The annual fee covers Dr. Robin's 24/7 availability for complete supervision of your medical care. It also includes health information updates and coordination of consultative care. In-office services covered under the fee include office visits, annual physical exams, routine lab work, gynecological exams with Pap smear, EKGs, fecal occult blood testing, x-rays taken at the office, minor surgical procedures, spirometry, oxygen saturation testing, hospital care supervision, and specialist referrals.

Yes. The annual fee covers in-office services, but you still need health insurance for services outside Dr. Robin's office. Hospital stays, specialist visits, prescriptions, and imaging at outside facilities all fall outside the annual fee. Many patients find they can carry lower-cost, higher-deductible coverage once they join the practice.

Yes. Austin Concierge Medicine offers same-day or next-day office visits. Dr. Robin keeps his patient panel limited specifically so he can see patients promptly when they are ill or have urgent concerns.

Dr. Robin makes himself available around the clock. He provides an after-hours cell number and accepts communication by phone, email, and fax 24 hours a day. m. m.

Yes. Medicare patients pay the annual fee to access Dr. Robin's practice and in-office services. Medicare continues to cover medical services obtained outside the office, such as hospitalizations, specialist consultations, and outside lab work.

The annual fee may qualify as a tax deduction. If your employer offers a Flex Section 125 plan or a Health Savings Account, you may also use pre-tax dollars toward the fee. Austin Concierge Medicine encourages patients to consult a tax advisor about their specific situation.

Yes. Children over the age of two, spouses, and partners can join the practice as long as space remains available. Prospective members should contact the office to confirm current availability.

Austin Concierge Medicine holds all fees paid in advance in trust and releases them monthly for services rendered. Patients who leave the practice after six months receive a refund of any fees not yet earned at the time of departure.
