Arlington Pediatrics charges $100 per month for the first child. Each additional child costs $85 per month. The maximum monthly fee for a family is $270. Families can start or cancel the membership at any time.

Members receive unlimited office visits, same-day or next-day appointments when available, and direct text or phone access to Dr. Dolinta. The membership also provides clear, reduced pricing on tests and vaccines. It does not replace health insurance, but families can still use insurance for labs, imaging, vaccines, and specialty referrals.

Yes. Arlington Pediatrics accepts a wide range of insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UHC, Humana, and others. Insurance applies to labs, imaging, vaccines, and specialty care. The DPC membership fee itself does not go through insurance.
