About
At Andersonville Internal Medicine, four board-certified internists deliver concierge primary care for adults across two Chicago-area locations. Dr. Chris Konstantelos founded the practice in 2024, drawing on more than two decades at Northwestern University Medical School. He built AIM around a belief that meaningful care requires time, trust, and continuity. The team practices across both the Andersonville and Evanston offices, so patients receive consistent care regardless of which location they visit.
The clinical scope runs broad: preventive medicine, chronic disease management, cardiovascular care, women's health, men's health, and comprehensive LGBTQI+ care including PrEP and HIV management. Initial consultations run two to three hours and include an expanded lab panel, EKG, and vision screening. Members reach their physician around the clock and get same-day or next-day appointments for urgent needs. The practice reviews current medical research and orders labs directly into Northwestern, Rush, and University of Chicago systems.
