Yes. Amity Health doctors make home visits within a 10-mile radius of the practice. Each home visit carries a fee of $99. This option works well for patients who cannot easily travel to the office or who prefer care at home.

A DPC membership does not replace insurance and does not count as insurance coverage. Amity Health covers primary and urgent care needs through the membership. For hospitalizations, specialist care, or imaging, members benefit from having a separate insurance plan or cost-sharing arrangement. The practice can coordinate referrals and access discounted cash rates for imaging and specialist e-consultations through its partner network.

Yes. Amity Health collaborates with Thea Health to provide specialist e-consultations at no additional cost to members. The practice also coordinates with local specialists across Orange County to secure the lowest available cash prices for in-person specialist visits.

Panel options include an Essential panel, a Comprehensive panel, Women's and Men's panels, and an Advanced Wellness Panel covering more than 100 biomarkers. The practice performs EKGs, spirometry, blood draws, minor surgical procedures, minor dermatological procedures, IV therapy, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments in-office. Standalone EKGs cost $100 and schedule within 72 hours. Pre-op physicals for surgical clearance are also available, typically within 72 hours.

The practice also offers GI-MAP gut microbiome analysis and genetic testing through Invitae. Dr. Cindy Yang pursues fellowship training in Integrative and Functional Medicine at UC Irvine, bringing added depth to the practice's root-cause approach.
