Allergenix does not bill insurance. The practice operates on a Direct Specialty Care model, which means all charges go directly between the patient and the practice. Payment is due at the time of service. All pricing is transparent and listed upfront. Allergenix provides superbills so patients can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement on their own.

Yes. Allergenix accepts HSA and FSA payments for eligible services. The practice also accepts CareCredit for patients who prefer a financing option.

The RapImmune™ total program fee is $3,500. This covers the in-depth consultation, personalized lymphatic mapping, high-definition ultrasound guidance for all three sessions, follow-up visits, and continuous physician oversight throughout the program.

The Private Client Program is an annual retainer membership for patients with complex allergic, respiratory, or immunologic conditions. Members receive priority physician access, secure messaging, after-hours communication, same-day or next-day availability, in-home visits, telehealth visits, all in-clinic evaluations, biologic management, and coordinated care for family members. The panel is strictly limited. Pricing is available upon inquiry.

No referral is required. Any new patient can contact Allergenix directly to enroll. The online enrollment process takes just a few minutes through the practice's secure Patient Hub portal.

Yes. Allergenix offers telehealth appointments for patients throughout Iowa. New and returning patients can schedule telehealth visits directly through the Patient Hub portal.

Yes. In-home visits are available, particularly for Private Client Program members. Patients can discuss this option when enrolling or inquiring about the program.

Allergenix serves patients of all ages, including toddlers, children, teenagers, and adults. Dr. Stanga holds dual board certification in both Pediatrics and Allergy & Immunology, making him qualified to care for patients at every life stage.

Allergenix offers a comprehensive range of allergy testing. This includes environmental allergy testing, comprehensive food allergy testing, venom allergy testing, contact dermatitis patch testing, antibiotic allergy testing, and anesthetic allergy testing. The practice also performs oral food challenges, pulmonary function testing, and FeNO testing for respiratory evaluation.

Once complete, the practice sends a welcome email with access to the Patient Hub, where patients can self-schedule, message Dr. Stanga, and manage their records.
