Dr. Youngblood schedules appointments for up to an hour. That time allows her to fully discuss health concerns, complete hands-on care, and explain treatments without rushing. The practice also offers same-day and next-day availability for members.

Yes. AilmMD uses the Spruce app, which allows members to securely text, video chat, and send images directly to Dr. Youngblood. The app gives members a way to address urgent concerns after hours without an unnecessary office visit or ER trip.

AilmMD does not bill insurance. The practice accepts members regardless of what insurance they carry or do not carry. Members who want to submit claims to their insurer on their own can do so, and Dr. Youngblood will help with that process. For catastrophic coverage, AilmMD recommends enrolling in a healthshare plan.

Yes. Medicare patients pay AilmMD membership fees directly, and their Medicare coverage stays active for everything outside the practice, including specialists, outside testing, and hospitalizations. Dr. Youngblood can still refer patients, prescribe medications, and serve as their primary care physician.

AilmMD caps its patient panel at 600 members. That limit lets Dr. Youngblood offer same-day or next-day visits, unhurried 60-minute appointments, and reliable personal access throughout the year.

Yes. Members access telehealth through the Spruce app for video visits, secure text messaging, and phone consultations. Telehealth works well for quick check-ins, follow-ups, or situations where a patient prefers not to come into the office.

AilmMD partners with labs, imaging centers, and a prescription wholesaler to offer members dramatically reduced cash-based pricing. Members can choose to pay these cash rates directly or submit to their insurance, whichever makes more sense for their situation.

Yes. AilmMD offers an employer benefit program compatible with PPO and HDHP plans as well as FSA, HRA, and HSA accounts. Employers can fund the membership fully, share the cost with employees, or have employees fund it through payroll deductions. Reduced group rates apply for employer accounts.

AilmMD requires a one-year service contract. Members who want to cancel can do so with 30 days written notice. The practice itemizes any services already completed, such as preventive exams, and issues refunds after those are settled. Contracts renew automatically unless the practice receives a 30-day notice not to renew.
