Yes. Members receive a 15 percent discount on IV therapy drips, peptide therapy memberships, and BHRT memberships, with a minimum three-month commitment on those services. Members also receive a 10 percent discount on all aesthetic services.

AgeWell accepts most major insurance plans for traditional internal medicine services, including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, and United Healthcare, among others. The concierge membership fee itself sits outside insurance coverage. Dr. Raber recommends confirming benefits with your insurer before your first visit.

Yes. Concierge members receive guaranteed same- or next-day appointments. Dr. Raber also works to offer same-day or next-day access for acute illness and sudden flare-ups for all patients.

Yes. Dr. Raber conducts secure audio and video visits for members who need direct access outside the office. This allows members to reach him for urgent concerns without an in-person visit.

AgeWell serves adults from age 18 through 100-plus. Dr. Raber delivers both primary preventive care and complex chronic disease management across the full adult age spectrum.

AgeWell offers GLP-1 medications including Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, non-GLP-1 compounded oral options, and the HCG Diet Program. Dr. Raber supervises all programs and tailors each plan to the individual patient's needs and goals.

Yes. Dr. Raber performs EKG, spirometry, ABI, echocardiograms, and carotid sonograms on-site. The practice also offers the Galleri multi-cancer early detection test.
