Monthly memberships at Concierge Pediatrics start at $195. Fees vary depending on the plan and the number of children enrolled. A one-time activation fee applies at enrollment. Families who pay their membership in full receive a discount, except on the Essentials plan, and sibling discounts are available on certain packages.

The practice does not accept insurance for membership fees. Members with PPO plans can request a superbill to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Yes. Members have 24/7 direct access to their pediatrician by text, phone, or telehealth. Premier members also receive extended office hours. At the Roslyn location, those hours run Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 8pm. At Woodbury, extended hours run Wednesday from 8am to 8pm and Thursday from 9am to 8pm.

Every member receives a take-home Nonagon diagnostic device. It records body temperature, measures oxygen levels, listens to lung and heart sounds, examines ears and throat, captures skin conditions, and records abdominal sounds. The device is HIPAA-compliant, portable, and travel-ready, so doctors can conduct thorough telehealth visits regardless of where your child is.

Yes. Concierge Pediatrics accepts patients from birth. For new newborn members within 15 miles of an office, the practice conducts the first visit in your home. The team also provides comprehensive newborn care and parental coaching throughout those early weeks.

Concierge Pediatrics treats patients from birth through age 30. The College Student Health Program supports young adults away at school with a dedicated package that includes a Nonagon device, rapid flu and COVID tests, telehealth visits, prescription coordination, and a campus health liaison. The practice can also help older patients transition to adult medicine when the time comes.
