Yes. Both physicians make themselves available to members 24 hours a day, seven days a week by phone, text, and email. The practice also offers virtual visits for issues that do not require an in-person exam. This level of direct access is a core part of how 3D Medical Concierge operates.

Yes. Both physicians conduct virtual visits for members. The practice uses the Spruce app for secure messaging, documents, and photos, giving members a straightforward way to communicate with their care team between visits.

Members may cancel after the first three months with 30 days written notice. If a member prepaid annually and cancels, the practice refunds the fees for any remaining months. This policy gives members flexibility while allowing the practice to maintain its small, stable panel.
