Dr. William L. Crouch began his academic career at Vanderbilt University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology before pursuing medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. During medical school, he earned an NIH Medical Student Research Fellowship Award for clinical research on Type 2 Diabetes. Before joining Epiphany Health in 2007, Dr. Crouch practiced at Pennyrile Family Physicians in Hopkinsville, KY, where he served as Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
