Dr. William L. Crouch began his academic career at Vanderbilt University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology before pursuing medicine at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. During medical school, he earned an NIH Medical Student Research Fellowship Award for clinical research on Type 2 Diabetes. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, FL, and holds board certification in Family Medicine.
Before joining Epiphany Health in 2007, Dr. Crouch practiced at Pennyrile Family Physicians in Hopkinsville, KY, where he served as Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at Jennie Stuart Medical Center. He also served on the Board of Directors for the Western KY Health Care System PPO and helped establish the first after-hours urgent care facility in collaboration with Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
