About

Dr. Tui Lauilefue is the founder of NiuOla Health and a double board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine. She earned her medical degree and completed her internal medicine residency at the John A. Burns School of Medicine, University of Hawai'i at Manoa. She then joined the Queen Emma Clinic in Honolulu, where she also served on faculty, advising residents and participating in remediation and committee work.

A desire to be closer to family brought her to Washington state, and her time in corporate medicine eventually led her to build NiuOla Health as a direct primary care practice. She also holds the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner credential, one of the few physicians in the Olympia region with that distinction. Dr. Lauilefue is a TEDx speaker passionate about reimagining healthcare delivery. Her clinical interests span metabolic health, thyroid disorders, perimenopause and menopause care, GLP-1 therapies, cardiovascular disease risk, and gender-affirming care. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her family and karaoke.
