Timothy Fignar, MD, FAAFP, earned his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University College of Engineering in 1996. He then completed his Doctorate of Medicine at Boston University School of Medicine in 2000. His Family Medicine residency training took place at Middlesex Hospital in Middlesex, Connecticut, where he served as Chief Resident from 2001 to 2003.
