About

Tim Watt, MD, grew up in Kansas and earned three undergraduate degrees in biology, chemistry, and psychology at Wichita State University. D. program at the University of Kansas, where he studied seizures during his graduate work. His surgical internship and residency in neurological surgery took place at the State University of New York Upstate, where he produced award-winning research on brain tumors.

S. Army with the 357th Combat Support Hospital as Chief of Surgery. He later served at Tripler Army Medical Center as Assistant Chief of Neurosurgery and head of Pediatric Neurosurgery. After leaving the Army, he held academic appointments at the University of Nebraska Medical School, Union College, and the University of South Dakota Medical School. In 2003, his focus shifted toward wellness and preventive medicine. He became the first physician in history to hold board certification in both Neurosurgery and Anti-Aging Medicine. He also completed fellowships in Anti-Aging Functional and Rejuvenative Medicine, Metabolic Medicine, and Functional Endocrinology. After 35 years in neurosurgical practice, he joined Cenegenics full time to focus on keeping people healthy before they need surgery.
