Dr. Thomas C. Darrell earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1977. He returned to UNC Chapel Hill for medical school, earning his Doctorate of Medicine in 1983. He completed both his internship and Family Medicine residency at the University of South Carolina Richland Memorial in Columbia, finishing his training in 1986.
