Dr. Rochelle Palmiscno grew up in a small-town community in North Dakota, where her father practiced as a family physician. She earned her undergraduate degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences at the University of North Dakota before completing her Medical Doctorate at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. She went on to complete her Family Medicine residency through the Northern Colorado Family Medicine program, which brought her to Colorado. She fell in love with the mountains and welcoming communities and put down roots here.

Dr. Palmiscno holds board certification in Lifestyle Medicine from both the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine (2015) and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (2021). She brings over a decade of experience caring for patients across the full spectrum of family medicine, from newborns to adults managing complex chronic conditions. She is passionate about helping patients move beyond medication to improve fitness, optimize nutrition, and reverse conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Outside of work, she enjoys running, swimming, yoga, Peloton rides, plant-based cooking, and outdoor adventures with her husband and two children.
