Philip D. Floyd, MD, FAAP trained at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and completed his pediatric residency at Miami Children's Hospital, now Nicklaus Children's Hospital. Before that, he earned his undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a Morehead Scholar, graduating with distinction. He entered private practice in 2001 and founded Sunset Pediatrics in 2008.
