About

Patrick Rohal, MD, FAAFP, founded CovenantMD in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, in January 2016. S. D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Malcolm Grow USAF Medical Center and holds board certification in Family Medicine. He also carries the Fellow designation from the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Before launching CovenantMD, Dr. Rohal spent three years caring for Amish patients at a Plain Community clinic in Lancaster County. That experience treating patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, shaped his commitment to cost transparency and unhurried, relationship-centered care. He is passionate about metabolic health, Lyme disease, medical weight loss, and house calls. Dr. Rohal has spoken at the Pennsylvania Homecare Association annual conference and the inaugural Free Market Medical Association Pennsylvania Chapter conference. He received the SCORE Lancaster/Lebanon Small Business Development Award in 2018. Outside of medicine, he sings in barbershop quartets and his church choir, and enjoys fly-fishing, hunting, skiing, and roughhousing with his three children. He and his wife Lynn, a Manheim native, live in Landisville, PA.
