Dr. Nancy EsperMD

Dr. Nancy Esper earned her medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of Damascus University and completed her internal medicine residency at McLaren Regional Medical Center, affiliated with Michigan State University in Flint, Michigan. She holds board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Sleep Medicine, with recertifications in both. During her residency, she earned the Consummate Physician Award and the Outstanding PGY-2 Resident of the Year award.

Dr. Esper spent 16 years in private practice before launching Esper Concierge and Sleep Medicine. She serves patients ages 16 and older, focusing on chronic disease management, sleep disorders, preventive medicine, and acute care. She is passionate about building genuine rapport with each patient and views communication and education as central to good care. She is fluent in English, Arabic, and Brazilian Portuguese. Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
