Dr. Mike Lesniak, MD, MPH is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and the founder of Good Works DPC in Milford, OH. He completed his Family Medicine residency at The Washington Hospital in Washington, PA, beginning in July 2010. He is passionate about addiction medicine, obesity care, mental health, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. Outside the clinic, he enjoys working on old cars and motorcycles, playing guitar and bass, and spending time with his wife April and their four children.
