Dr. Michael Jaczko earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rider University in 1991 and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Eastmoreland Hospital in 1998 and earned board certification from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians that same year. In 2017, he added a Fellowship from the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Dr. Jaczko launched his career with a solo family medicine practice in Carlton, Oregon. Over the following decades, he worked across urgent care, wound care, and large regional medical groups.
