Dr. Mehrdad Ayati is a board-certified geriatrician and family medicine physician with national and international recognition in his field. He completed his internship and residency in family medicine at the University of California Davis, then pursued a fellowship in geriatric medicine at Stanford University School of Medicine. In 2007, UC Davis honored him with Best Resident of the Year and Excellence in Teaching.
Dr. Ayati joined Stanford as faculty in 2011, teaching and practicing at Stanford Internal Medicine Clinic, Stanford Senior Care Clinic, Stanford Concierge Medicine, and Stanford Executive Medicine.
