Dr. Barbi Phelps-Sandall brings an unusually broad educational path to her Mountain View gynecology practice. She earned dual undergraduate degrees in Biology and Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University before completing a Master's in Health Education at the University of Cincinnati.
