Landrey Fagan, MD, MS, NCMP, is a board-certified Family Medicine and Preventive Medicine physician and the founder of Four Mile Creek Health. She earned her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and completed her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine. Her graduate work at Georgetown produced a master's thesis on bioidentical transdermal hormone replacement therapy. She trained at Lawrence Family Medicine Residency in Massachusetts, where she was selected as Chief Resident, and completed a fellowship in Operative Obstetrics and High Risk Pregnancy Management.
