Dr. Jules Victor III is a Savannah native and board-certified internist who has practiced medicine in his hometown for over 40 years. He earned his Doctorate of Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia in 1975, following undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia and the University of Georgia. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah, where he was selected as Chief Resident and Clinical Instructor during his final year of training.
