Dr. Joshua Sherman holds dual board certifications in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine. He brings more than 20 years of pediatric experience to his role as Chief KidCierge Physician and founder of Kidcierge Pediatric Care. He cares for patients from infancy through young adulthood, up to age 26.
Dr. Sherman spent six years on the faculty of the Pediatric Emergency Department at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. There, he served as Associate Director of Quality Improvement for Emergency Medicine and as the emergency medicine representative on the trauma committee. He also held the position of Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at USC's Keck School of Medicine, where he led research studies and pioneered a Virtual Reality training program for physicians. His academic work earned recognition for exceptional contributions to resident teaching and hospital-wide service excellence. He then joined PM Pediatric Urgent Care of California, where he advanced from Medical Director of the Los Angeles and Tarzana branches to Regional Medical Director for Southern California and ultimately to Vice President of Clinical Operations. His 13 years leading high-acuity pediatric urgent care shaped his expertise in procedural and emergency medicine. Dr. Sherman is passionate about newborn care, jaundice management, special needs care, sleep health, and preventive topics across childhood. He and his wife, also a pediatrician, have three children and a dog.
