About

Dr. Jessica Lindsay has wanted to be a doctor since childhood, imagining herself as the town physician one day. She earned her BA in Human Biology with an emphasis in Child and Adolescent Health and Development from Stanford University. After completing medical school at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, she trained in pediatrics at the University of Washington and Seattle Children's Hospital, finishing her residency in 2009.

A decade into conventional pediatric practice, Dr. Lindsay recognized she needed more clinical tools for patients with recurrent illnesses, chronic conditions, and difficult-to-diagnose presentations. She pursued a Fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, completing over 1,000 hours of study in evidence-based therapies. She holds board certification from both the American Board of Pediatrics (2006) and the American Board of Physician Specialties in Integrative Medicine (2022). Her clinical passions include nutrition, sleep hygiene, mindfulness, movement, autism, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and functional and developmental disorders. She strongly believes immunizations save lives and follows the AAP vaccination schedule. Dr. Lindsay lives in Seattle with her husband and two children. She enjoys camping, hiking, yoga, and cold water immersion in the Nisqually River at Mt. Rainier. Seattle Met magazine featured her in its pediatrics section.
