About
Dr. Jamie Eller, DO, owns and leads Healthy Self DPC in Willis, TX, where she holds board certification in Family Medicine earned in 2020. Before attending medical school, she worked for five years as an ICU, home health, and wound care Registered Nurse in Texas. That clinical foundation shaped her patient-first approach before she ever set foot in an osteopathic program.
She graduated in the top 10% of her class from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During medical school, she completed both an Anatomy Fellowship and a Predoctoral Teaching Fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Philosophy at Nova Southeastern. She then completed her Family Medicine residency through the Conroe Medical Education Foundation in affiliation with The Lone Star Family Health Center. After residency, she spent two years as a full-time Assistant Professor at Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she served as Course Director for the OPP department and built the OMM curriculum from the ground up. She continues as adjunct community faculty at SHSU-COM, teaching OMT to medical students during the school year. Dr. Eller has integrated osteopathic manipulation into patient care since 2013, and by 2026, OMM occupies half of her clinical work. She is passionate about hormone education, gut microbiome health, peptide therapy, GLP-1 management, and alternative cancer screening options. Outside the clinic, she enjoys working out and hiking with her husband, cares for farm animals, and stays active in her church community. She describes Healthy Self DPC as her ministry.
