Dr. Frommer earned his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1996. He completed an AOA Rotating Internship at Allentown Osteopathic Medical Center, pursued additional training in General and Orthopedic Surgery, and finished his Family Medicine residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, a Temple University School of Medicine affiliate.

Yes. Dr. Frommer carries nearly three decades of sports medicine experience. He served as team physician for multiple local high schools, Moravian College, and the Philadelphia Force professional softball team. He was the first physician in the Greater Lehigh Valley to open a sports concussion-specific clinic and served as Medical Director for several PIAA Wrestling tournaments and the National Prep Wrestling Tournament at Lehigh University.

Dr. Frommer offers prolotherapy, SoftWave Therapy, and shockwave tissue regeneration for musculoskeletal and soft tissue conditions. He is Board Eligible in Prolotherapy and Regenerative Medicine. Dr. Frommer carries a particular clinical interest in neurology and memory disorders. He pursued additional training in memory disorders and concussion management and offers neuropsychological testing and concussion and traumatic brain injury management at the practice. Dr. Frommer has nearly 30 years of clinical experience. After completing his residency in the mid-1990s, he practiced in Bethlehem, PA, worked across multiple healthcare settings in Pennsylvania, and eventually founded Quantum HealthCare Services LLC in Duncansville, where the practice has served the community for over a decade.
