Dr. Gray Erlacher is a board-certified Family Physician with over 30 years of experience spanning family, emergency, and hospital-based medicine. S. in Biology and Chemistry from Western Carolina University in 1987 and his medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 1992. He completed his internship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Family Medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1996.

Immediately after residency, Dr. Erlacher trained at the Beijing International Acupuncture Training Centre in China, grounding his practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. He holds board certification from both the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Holistic Medicine, the latter earned in 1999. That same year, he became one of the earliest cosmetic Botox injectors in the country.
