About

Dr. Eric Kropp is a board-certified family physician with a special focus on musculoskeletal and sports medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Colorado and spent time in laboratory research, clinical research, and emergency medical services before pursuing medicine. He received his medical degree from St. Matthew's University and completed his residency at the New Hampshire Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency.

Before founding Active Choice Healthcare in 2016, Dr. Kropp practiced at Penacook Family Physicians for six years. He served as president of the New Hampshire Medical Society and sat on its council for a decade. He also teaches as a Clinical Instructor at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, mentoring medical students and residents. A former National Champion Cyclist, he brings a genuine athletic perspective to helping patients pursue active lives. Outside the office, he enjoys fine woodworking, building a replica 1965 AC Cobra roadster, and playing bass guitar with local musicians, including the physician cover band No Copay. He lives in the Concord area with his wife and three children.
