Dr. Eleanor Glass co-founded Integrated Family Care of Cincinnati alongside Dr. Mechley, drawing on a family legacy that traces back to her grandfather, a primary care physician in rural England. She earned her undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.
