About
Edmund H. Lew, MD, FAAFP earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco in 1976. He then completed his Doctorate of Medicine at University of Health Sciences, The Chicago Medical School in 1983. His Family Medicine residency at Glendale Adventist Medical Center ran from 1983 to 1986, and he has served the Glendale community ever since.
Dr. Lew holds Diplomate status with the American Board of Family Medicine and board certification in Geriatric Medicine through the same body. He also holds dual functional medicine credentials as a Certified Practitioner through both the Institute of Functional Medicine and the Functional Medicine Academy. His additional certifications span PRP Applications, Hormone Pellet Therapies, Advanced Bio-Identical Hormone Therapies, Nutragenomic Analysis and Therapy, and Advanced Peptide Certification through the International Society for Stem Cell Applications. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
