Dr. Camille Fleming brings 20 years of family medicine experience to Salish Sea Medical, nearly 10 of them on Orcas Island. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Bacteriology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her medical degree from Albany Medical College in New York. Her postgraduate training included a Family Medicine residency at Saint Anthony's in Denver through the University of Colorado, a Women's Health Fellowship at the University of Michigan, and two Faculty Development Fellowships. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University.
Before founding Salish Sea Medical, Dr. Fleming served as Interim Medical Director and Family and Women's Health Physician at UW Medicine Orcas Island. She also directed clinical operations and served as Associate Residency Director at Swedish First Hill Family Medicine and held a Core Faculty role at Skagit Family Medicine Residency. She holds medical staff privileges at Island Hospital, Skagit Regional Health, UW Medicine, and Swedish. Her clinical interests include women's health, menopause management, mental health, chronic disease, and well child care. Outside medicine, she is a mom of three, a devoted gardener, and a lover of animals.
