About

Dr. Anne Schultz co-founded Authentic Internal Medicine in the western Chicago suburbs, returning to her Hinsdale hometown to build the practice she envisioned. She earned her BA cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, then completed medical school and her internal medicine residency at Northwestern University, graduating with the class of 2000. A. Goldsmith Award, given to the first-year resident who best exemplifies genuine humaneness and empathy toward patients and their families.

Dr. Schultz holds board certification in internal medicine and earned the Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) credential. She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and a member of the Obesity Medicine Association. Her clinical focus covers cholesterol management, hypertension, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease risk reduction, menopause, and obesity medicine.
