She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Florida, then remained in Gainesville to complete a Master of Science at the UF College of Medicine with a focus on infectious diseases and global medicine. She went on to earn her MD from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She joined Dr. Morrissey at Orlando Regional Medical Center with Orlando Health for her Internal Medicine residency and holds board certification in Internal Medicine.
