About

Dr. Alana Kennedy-Nasser founded PurePediatrics and serves as its CEO. She earned her BA in Broadcast Journalism from Southern Methodist University before earning her MD from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. She then completed her Pediatrics residency at Tulane University and her Pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Texas Children's Hospital. She holds dual board certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. For five years after her fellowship, she served as an Assistant Professor on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit at Texas Children's Hospital.
