Dr. Adrienne Fabrizio earned her undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina before completing her medical degree at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. She then trained in Internal Medicine at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, now known as Prisma Health Richland Hospital. During that residency, she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Fabrizio moved to Savannah in 2001 and spent twenty years at Memorial Health in several clinical and leadership roles. She maintained a primary care practice on the Islands throughout that time. She also supervised the SCAD Health Clinic for many years and participated in teaching programs for Internal Medicine residents. In 2021, she co-founded Premier Medical DPC alongside longtime friend and nurse practitioner Angie Mixon. Her clinical focus includes diabetes, hypertension, and asthma. Outside of medicine, Dr. Fabrizio enjoys boating and working in her yard. She and her physician husband Steve have two boys and a dog.
