ZüpMed offers two membership tiers beginning January 2026. The Urgent Care Membership costs $99 per month and includes unlimited urgent care visits, telehealth access, same-day or next-day appointments with a Nurse Practitioner, annual wellness vaccinations, and member-only pricing on retail and pharmacy purchases. The Comprehensive Health Membership costs $149 per month and adds ongoing care with proactive wellness support. Both memberships start with a $199 new patient evaluation.

Yes. ZüpMed welcomes non-member patients for urgent care at a flat rate of $199 per visit. That all-inclusive price covers the visit, assessments, labs, and on-site diagnostics for flu, COVID, mono, and strep, as well as X-ray and EKG when indicated. Telehealth visits for non-members start at $99 for simple visits under 20 minutes.

ZüpMed does not file insurance for medical visits. After each visit, the practice provides a superbill that non-member patients can submit to their insurance company for potential self-reimbursement. Medicare patients cannot seek reimbursement for ZüpMed services.

All ZüpMed visits require scheduling in advance. Call the ZüpMed concierge line and the team will arrange a same-day or next-day appointment at the East Memphis clinic or, when available, a house call to your location.

Yes. ZüpMed GO! provides house calls and office calls during normal business hours and by special arrangement. Members and non-members can request this service by contacting the practice directly.

The weight loss program at ZüpMed is physician-directed and includes weekly accountability check-ins, individualized medical guidance, and weight-loss medication when appropriate. Patients receive quarterly 3D body scans tracking waist circumference, visceral fat mass, total body fat mass, bone density, and muscle mass. Program outcomes include an average of 16 pounds lost by 12 weeks and more than 38 pounds by 24 weeks, with 90% of participants achieving reversal of prediabetes.

Yes. ZüpMed provides telehealth for both members and non-members. Members with either tier receive telehealth access as part of their membership. Non-members pay $99 for simple visits under 20 minutes and $179 for complex visits over 20 minutes.

ZüpMed operates an in-house dispensary, digital X-ray equipment, and a comprehensive laboratory. The clinic also offers on-site rapid diagnostics for flu, COVID, mono, and strep, along with pharmacogenomics panels covering mental health, nutrition, and cardiovascular risk.

Yes. Depending on staff availability, visits may be with a physician, nurse practitioner, or clinical pharmacist. Patients who request a physician-only visit pay an additional $150 surcharge. ZüpMed waives that fee if the practice cannot accommodate the request.
