Maribel handles appointment scheduling, medication refills, prior authorizations with insurance carriers, and performs all in-office phlebotomy for conventional and functional medicine lab testing.

Yes. Before care begins, Dr. Ando requires a get-acquainted visit with all prospective patients. This visit focuses on practice philosophy and fit rather than a formal medical review.
